Learn what's current with our Middle and High School Students

For your middle and high school students, our Student Ministry is a place created just for them to know God and be known by others. Each week during the school year, our Black Rock Students have their own special services (High School (Fusion) Tuesdays @ 7pm & Middle School (Club JV & Area 56) Wednesdays @ 7pm). This is a chance for all of our students to come together for a great night of worship, teaching, and hanging out, so make sure your students are here every week for a time created just for them. And be sure to check here to sign up for special activities, retreats and trips happening throughout the year.

Sunday Morning

Deep End | Sunday Mornings | 11:30am | The HUB & Woodruff Hall

During this hour, students will get to hang out (play some video games or gaga in Woodruff), play a group game, and then dive into God’s Word!

Starting in the 2018/2019 school year on September 2nd, students will need to be checked in by a parent in the HUB at the start of the hour. Parent/child tags are not given out as within Kids of the Rock, but students are required to be checked in by a parent. At the end of our hour together, students will be dismissed. Parents are encouraged to communicate with their student as to if they want them to wait in Woodruff Hall to get picked up or to meet in another location within the church.

West Virginia Missions Trip

Rosedale, West Virginia is a small rural town consisting of a population of roughly 250 people. While there, we will be partnering with a local missionary couple and Faith Mountain.

This will be our fifth trip down to Rosedale. In 2011, our team of 58 accomplished amazing amounts of work upon 3 different homes. in 2013, our team of 89 were able put an addition on a church, repair and put on 2 additions on different homes, paint the general store in town, and much more. With amazing worship, teaching, and serving- students grew immensely in their love for the Lord and their love for others demonstrated through service. 2015 was an incredible year with amazing leaders, skilled craftsmen, and students! God did amazing things through our service and our prayers! In 2017, our amazing team of 82 not only brought hope to helpless situations when it came to home repair, but hearts were opened to the life changing truth of the Gospel.

To make sure our students are adequately trained, we are training students at 11:30am on Sunday mornings in the Hub starting May 5th.
